My Success Principles

The first principle – Acknowledge the meaning of success, as money should not be on the top of the leader board. If the objectives were about money, you would price yourself out of the market and miss long-term relationships. Mutually beneficial relationships, those that will last, should be the objective, and that has nothing to do with money.

The second principle is “give back to go forward.”

The third principle for success is to capitalize on turbulence; hard to believe, but turbulent issues are upfront, and in our lives to help us learn, grow, and improve the journey, rather than to impose hardships and to hurt us forever. Education and knowledge are both powerful, but I describe turbulence as gifts of purpose.
